  • Space Requirement: A minimum of 8 ft (width) × 5 ft (depth) is required for safe operation of the coffee cart. Power Requirement: Client must provide exclusive access to 120V electrical outlets. Outlets may not be shared with other vendors or equipment.

    If electrical access is unavailable, Interlude Coffee Co. can supply a generator for an additional charge.

  • Absolutely. We always carry oat milk and can add almond or other alternatives upon request.

  • Yes, we carry full general liability insurance and can provide a COI upon request.

  • Yes — we can tailor drinks, rename menu items, or create signature beverages for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. Because we make all syrups by hand we can basically make any drink you can dream up!

  • For espresso service, we require a minimum of 90 minutes to set up our equipment, dial in the machine, and ensure everything is running safely and smoothly.

    We will also have you send loading and parking directions.

  • If we are unable to access the space within that 90‑minute window, your event start time will need to be pushed to allow for proper setup. This ensures quality, safety, and a seamless guest experience. Most importantly because we use a commercial espresso machine it takes 20-30 minutes to warm up. We then need 15 minutes to dial in the espresso. Any delays will push the time we will be ready by.

  • Breakdown typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the setup and venue logistics. Eg cold brew and matcha bars take less time to breakdown but espresso bar will take the most!

  • Yes! We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding cities. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

  • We recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak seasons. Last‑minute bookings are welcome if we have availability.

  • We offer customized menus for all our service options. We also offer optional add ons, including, customized stickers for our cups and different sign options
