Our Services

Group of seven people at a coffee shop, some standing and some kneeling in front of a counter with the logo "Interlude Coffee"; a menu and various coffee supplies are visible on the counter.

  • The Full Espresso Bar is where craft meets experience. We serve lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, cortados, and iced espresso drinks — all made with specialty‑grade beans and precise technique. Guests can customize milk, sweetness, and flavors, and watch each drink made fresh to order. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, and any occasion that deserves a little luxury.

  • Our Ceremonial‑Grade Matcha Bar brings a calm, elevated energy to any event. We whisk premium Japanese matcha fresh to order — never pre‑mixed — for the brightest, smoothest flavor and vibrant green color. Each drink is crafted with care, prepared traditionally, and finished with your choice of syrup. It’s wellness meets artistry in every cup.

  • Our Homemade Specialty Cold Brew Bar is the star of the show — smooth, bold, and literally the best cold brew you’ll ever have. Brewed in‑house using our signature method, it’s rich, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced. Served over ice with optional cold foam or milk, this bar is ideal for warm‑weather events and guests who love a refreshing, handcrafted pick‑me‑up.

  • Our Bottled Latte Service offers convenience without compromise. Each latte is brewed, bottled, and chilled in‑house using our espresso and cold brew recipes. Available in rotating flavors like vanilla, mocha, and seasonal specials, these grab‑and‑go bottles are ideal for gifting, office deliveries, or event preorders.

They’re also perfect for low‑budget events or as an add‑on for large guest counts — keeping service fast, efficient, and just as delicious. Every bottle is smooth, balanced, and ready to enjoy.

“Without a doubt the best coffee I have ever had. I don’t normally like matcha but Interludes changed that for me. The creativity, amount of flavors, price, and taste make this the best option in Dallas. Additionally, working with Gigi (the owner) has been incredible. She is personable, hardworking, and made the booking process incredibly easy. I coach at Barry’s and invited interlude to provide coffee after a class, and all of our clients loved them and have regularly asked when they will be back. Highly recommend!”
